Disable a Windows 2008 or Windows 2012 Server Boot (old boot.ini)
1) Unjoin the domain
2) Command prompt as administrator in \windows\system32 folder
3) bcdedit /deletevalue {bootmgr} device
4) bcdedit /deletevalue {current} device
5) Reboot
