Quick note: Username is your system Account name, in my case my username is My PC.

15. After that, go to Permission for AudioSrv Window again and select your username you just added.

16. Check the box under Allow beside Full control.

17. At last, click on Apply and Ok to save the changes

After that close the registry editor and Restart your computer and check if this fix solves your problem or not.

If anything goes wrong after registry tweak. You can use exported registry file as a backup and import your whole registry by Import option under registry editor File option.

System restore by Advanced troubleshooting option
