Steps:

1. Enable Developer Mode: On your Quest headset, enable Developer Mode in the Meta Quest app on your phone.
2. Set Up SideQuest: Download and install SideQuest on your PC. Connect your headset to your PC via USB.
3. Get the APK: Download the OpenVPN Connect APK file (or another VPN provider’s Android APK) to your computer.
4. Install on Quest: Use SideQuest to install the APK file onto your headset.
5. Import Profile: In your headset’s App Library (under “Unknown Sources”), find and launch the OpenVPN app, then import your .ovpn configuration file from your VPN provider.
